WCEA has proudly served the High Country residents since 1978. Our mission is to provide the best possible eye care for the patients in our area.
Our full spectrum eye care services include Routine Vision and Medical Examinations as well as treatment of Eye Diseases. If we are unable to treat a specific condition in-house we will gladly refer patients to a well qualified specialist through our comprehensive referral network.
For your convenience, we welcome Retinal Specialist, Dr. Stone, twice a month in our Boone office so you do not have to travel to get retinal treatments. We also offer outpatient surgeries in Boone, Ashe and Avery.

Western Carolina Eye Associates is committed to assisting patients with low vision by providing access to aids in order to maximize your remaining vision and learn new ways of doing everyday tasks.
