Doctor Blair Holden joins Western Carolina Eye Associates on August 1, 2022.  Dr. Holden attended UNC Chapel Hill and graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Southern College of Optometry in Memphis TN in 2019.  Dr. Holden specializes in ocular disease and family care.  She has family ties in Boone as her husband James attended Watauga High School.  Dr. Holden is excited to return to the High Country to provide exceptional eye care to this community. When Dr. Holden isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys hiking with her husband and dog Pogo and participating in activities with her church congregation.
